    I got a music site and i have around 100 odd users at anytime of the day..not bad for my adsense earning..anyways now one user has started this topic - 'why did you make this website'...now i obviously started it because i like music and just because im earning these people talk crap to irritate :( What should i reply

    Just because you are earning money is not a bad thing. Every day people pay for their entertainment by listening or watching ads. But the issue is that if they want to know why you started the site be honest. You like music. The money doesn't need to have any part of the discussion as I believe that is a private matter.

    Tell him that you created your web site just for yourself but people found it on their own and now your stuck with them and to get rid of them you put ads :)

    I'd just try to ignore it and not take it too seriously - obviously a lot of people enjoy your site. Censorship is a horrible, horrible word (unless you're in China) and should only be performed as a last resort.

    I always answer people in this manner and most of them feel happy after :)

    I wouldn't recomend ignoring this person, just answer the question the way you feel is the best...
