    If you want to hear them...
    1) make header links smaller so they fit one row
    2) dont have gap down to "upload pics" message
    3) explain to user what they get when they upload their pics. (I don't get the point of your site by going there now... may still be under construction?)
    4) maybe include a few smart/welldesigned graphics to add a little credibility... you'd be surprised how many people believe/trust in site with well made pics over big promises

    hope these few tips/ideas help
