What do you charge to Manage someones PPC campaign?

I have been doing my own web stuff for quite a while now. I recent had a real estate agent wanting to hire me for some SEO, Link Building, and to Manage a PPC campagin for him.

I was wondering who else out there is managing PPCs and how you charge. Do you charge a flat rate? Is is a percentage?

I was thinking of charging a 10% monthly fee for monitoring the campaign plus a set up charge of $100 or something.

thats fair price, but you should also assure good roi to him, as long as you give that charge wont be a problem, you can charge more if the client is happy, in fact he would himself like to pay you additional.

just go ahead and make sure that you take this opportunity

Thanks for the feedback. I think this is what I am going to do. I did some pretty comprehensive keyword research for his target market so I think the ROI will definately be there.

10% is pretty low. I would think a MIN of 20%. Good luck.
