    Doesn't anyone know of the Genesis framework on Wordpress.I searched around and got a free one from here:

    Your link is broken.

    If you are a beginner and you know nothing or very little, this tool will not help you much. In fact, Genesis does not have user interface and therefore not "drag and drop" and other clickodrome ... Here, everything is done in the file or css coding in php, and it must still know "at a minimum."
    By cons, if you are a little self as comfortable with the code, once the necessary period Taken in previous hands, you can make your work easily without always reinvent the wheel, and consistently reducing development time while maintaining excellent quality.
    We can also find on the website of the publisher few themes "starter" (free) which will put the foot in the door, so you do from scratch.

    Try your hand at doing some child themes for another Wordpress theme to get used to it. Once you have that down well, then you might find it easier to adapt Genesis to what you need.
