    When I open single page in my blog this happens - the adsense block becomes on the same level as the image on the left.

    Is this agains the TOS?

    They say that if the image manipulates in direct way to click on the ads it is against TOS. This image in no way manipulates IMO. What do you think?

    You should be fine, it's not lined up in a way that is meant to trick users. If you had two images directly above each link, then it would a TOS violation.
