    Looks ok to me. All three ad units seem to be properly position. Just monitor on the ctr and change if necessary. Maybe you can also consider moving one ad unit to the middle part since all 3 are close to the top area.

    Another thing is, be careful when you use the word "Resources" as a label for the ad unit located at the left hand side bar.
