    You have to place your ads above the fold.
    Also try to blend them better by using colors from your site.

    your pop up is annoying,hehe...:p

    placement is good in the left side...if you can make it narrower for a cleaner look...

    bottom leaderboard kinda jumps out of your layout too wide...try using a banner...

    and blend text color with link color kinda obvious that it is google ad if not blended...
