What do you think of that ?

    My url is : http://www.globasearch.com.

The home page needs some more work, but do a search and see the result page :)
Is it good design ? And usefull ? Users can save a search to go back to it another time, can add bookmarks to the home page ...

My objective is to make people ( some of them, not all ) use it as homepage, and default search engine. (it's a google custom search engine)

Please review it, it's new and is few weeks old.

It's nice, design and idea, but I'm sure there's something in adsense policies that doesn't allow you to make direct links to search results. And you're making a direct link to a result when we save the search.
Have you checked with adsense if you can do it? What did they reply?

    I will ask them :)
But if we look why they don't allow links to search results, I can see it's because publishers will do links to searches that does have a lot of ads, like "server" and "earn money" .
But when user save his search, he can save anything that only him is interested on, like "cars" does not have any ads ( right now ).

In other simple word, I will not make users do searches I want them to do, but they will do searches they want to do, whatever from the search form or from the link, it's their search, knowing that "they can't save a search, unless they already did it"

I will tell google about that soon.

Yes, your reasoning makes a lot of sense, I hope google will agree, it's always better to ask them directly, they don't bite, I have tried many times.

If you get caught for doing something like that and Google does not allow it, will they give you a warning and tell you to stop, or will they ban you right away?

They refused the links to "saved searches". I really does not understand how are they thinking.

However, google will not see the links to the result pages because it didn't save searches yet, do you think this will save me ?

I'm not sure it will save you, because they look at their search box requests, not at the page where is the search box. But if you still want to do it, what you can do instead is that when someone click on the saved search, you change the value of the search input field, but don't submit, simply let the user click on search. Maybe that will be better for google, you can ask them if this way of doing (letting the user decide to run the search) is ok for them.
