    1. Either remove the word Advertisements or move that AS Banner (you cant do that).
    2. If possible make the background a different color, black and white are hard to read.

    get one "link unit" ad just on top of "Cisco Accepts VoIP Protocol, Finally!!!" it will look like nav'bar chances of more clicks
