Not bad, keep learning how to use typography, color combination, filter, layer overlay, color gradient etc.

A bit more work on the color combination, the fonts and the layout... you'll definitely get better. Just my opinion...

I prefer #2 because the color combination fits and typography is unified.

The other banners use too many and too different font types.

Firstly im no designer so i understand im not in a position to now whats good or not but il give my honest opinion, their all not bad.

The first one, its clear and easy to read, would blend in without blinding 7

The next one, not bad as well, id say a 6

THe third, i recognise the name :) quite good, the green is teenie bit bright for me but still good 7

#3 has only 2 types of fonts.
Do you really think that too many?

Thanks, I was thinking 1 would be the worst.

    Thanks.
Im still learning different thing. But the banners were made for people without logos. Thats why they are soo plain.

Good stuff. Definitely take the advice of what people have been saying here. I would recommend finding some Photoshop Tutorial books and learning more about what Photoshop is capable, because let me tell you, it is capable of a LOT!
