    What does these Bluechip marketing companies do different which we as individual webmasters can't achieve most of the times. I know that they hire a bunch of telecallers to generate MIS and then convert them into sales instead of using CPA model of internet. They have the army of telecallers like 100 of them on 1 floor and only those gets paid whose Sales target for the month is achieved. What else they do different?

    I once saw a Process owner in a BPO/Marketing company has a excel sheet with 500 Youtube Account logins and they are used by his employees for some purpose in the building who works under him as he is the one who runs the process example Airtel billing process. What could this person be doing with these 500 Youtube Accounts? And it was just 1 excel sheet, there were bunch of other Excel, Word documents in his PC.
