E-commerce is the biggest innovation in the field of online business. Basically Electronic commerce is the the process of electronic data interchange through different channels like, e-mail, electronic bulletin boards, fax transmissions, and electronic funds transfer etc. It is the related with B2B transactions.:)

As you can see there are MANY shopping cart apps available. The problem is that you're the only person who'll know what works for you and unfortunately that involves extensive testing of at least a few of them.
You may want to make a list of your WANTS vs. NEEDS and then test each cart program to see how they do. In the end you may end up needing something customized.

Zen cart is fine in the ability to create products in bulk using the Easy Populate add-on.

    You should go with Magento.
It gives vast range of functionality at both the ends the user and administrator.

you can easily manage your store with Magento admin panel and it has more features than any other platform in e commerce website building.

Many people are using Magento, the only drawback I've heard about this platform was slow to use. However, there are plenty of ways to speed up it.
I have tried many other e-commerce platforms like osCommerce, OpenCart, Freeway but the style looked terrible.
Another platform that I recommend is PrestaShop.
Anyway, you should try them all out and experience by your own.

Magento is alright, and so is Zen cart. Actually you have a lot of choices. If you're having hart time thinking which cart should be the best, I suggest You should visit this shopping cart software comparison chart for easier comparison. It will help you decide which cart suits your needs.
