    You will have to give us more information than " Someone cheated me ". What happened? How much money are we talking about here that was lost? It may be hard to take legal action without a contract of some sort.

    Well $20 minimum for any LEGAL suits, but that doesn't mean you can't track them down and get it with some good manual labor and coordinated punches ;)

    Yes. If you are cheated out of $20 then it is not worth taking any legal action. It all depends on the amount as whether or not worth taking legal matter.
