to find it's SEO Score .

I used sample Drupal core and not used best modules for seo like as metatag module.

WordPress is the best, although many say that it is not a CMS.
Who cares if it can be used as one...

Drupal, MODx, and Wordpress are all great for SEO.

I prefer MODx myself because it's very fast, even with plugins installed.

Wordpress is a CMS. CMS merely means a "Content Management System", which Wordpress certainly fits.

Anytime you have a 'framework' of a website, and all you do is add the content, you're looking at a CMS. Now, the CMS may be oriented towards product sales, such as OsCommerce, or for blogging, as Wordpress, or for general purposes, such as Drupal - but all are equally CMS's

So you're right, Wordpress can be used as a CMS - but only because it is one!

    Just my two cents worth...

As for the main question - I suspect that most decent CMS's can be equally modified for good SEO practices - you merely have to know what you want to do (IOW's - you must understand what good SEO consists of), and apply the appropriate modules. Naturally, some CMS's come 'out of the box' with better SEO than others. I wouldn't want to put a list here - because it changes with every release of the various CMS's.

First of all I doubt that relying on the score that is automatically
assigned by domaintools is a good idea ?!

Second I think that the only thing a CMS should have to contribute
to good SEO is the ability to use search engine friendly URL's

Other than that it's about good content, link building,...

You worry about metatags but these are probably not even looked at
    by search engines.

Time spent to change your CMS could maybe be better
    invested in promoting your site.

    But hey, I'm no expert...

    Definitely WordPress without a doubt.

It's extremely easy to use and almost all web hosts offer WordPress as a one-click install.
There are a ton of great free templates.

I too prefer Wordpress with All in one SEO-plugin. If you back it up with seo-friendly template the package is hard to beat in terms of seo.

Your content will determine whether you rank well... not your platform. Concentrate on the content and it will work out well for you.

Wordpress is a blogging plataform and not a CMS , but you can easily convert your Wordpress Blog into a CMS simply using a plugin (ie Role Manager)
and for SEO purposes the All in one SEO-plugin. After this you will have the best of both worlds: the best CMS for SEO.
