What is best way to submit to social sites?

i have recently added some of the social sites like twitter, facebook, digg, delicious, stummble. I am submitting each of my post to these sites daily. I dont think that much people are clicking these links.

I just want to clear that how can they help me then?
Should i just continue to submit these posts links this way or i should adopts ome other method. Please guide me about using the social sites.

 

There needs to be a lot of backlinks for this to work. You need to use some automated process.

 

I dont think submitting all your posts to social media is good - submit your best ones - i mean the link bait ones are enough and is best if you do them manually, with your own descriptions around the link.

 

Its good that you submit your site on daily basis and doing social bookmarking. For me it helps a lot.
