    Oh my god, lol. Honestly, if a braggart elite would bump into this thread, he wouldn't have second thoughts to say that you must get off the internet. But I'm not like that so..

    Well, you go to digg.com, the site is pretty self-explanatory. You submit news, some people dig your articles or news, then it goes to the front page, then people view it.

    If you've got something really interesting to submit, Digg is the site to promote it on. They aren't very tolerant of spam or sites with little content, so make sure you make it worth their while. Digg really likes lists, so if you can make a good list of something (Top 10 CSS Templates, Top 27 Little-Known Photoshop Techniques, Top 8 Ways To Promote Your Blog, etc) then you have a better chance of making it to the front page. Also, there are a lot of Digg users... A LOT, so don't bother submitting a large photo or video hosted by your site unless you've got a dedicated server, because the Digg effect will take down your site in a short period of time.
