    I want to build a classified ad/web portal site just like this one.
    What CMS should I use?
    Is there any site builder software that I can acquire to make building this site easier?

    Oh... I have used Joomla 1.5 before. Can I build a site like this using Joomla? I know enough about Jomla to modify some code to get what I want but I am not good enough to design custom templates.
