    I have been Looking into above topics for weeks now
    Still havent got a solution .

    I had a look at Joomla and bit phpbb
    But I need you expert thoughts and first hand experience
    I was further confused reading this article. @

    I vote for Jooooomla ! Is one of the best!Go with it.You can find great extension,skins(templates :p) all that you need for your website.Good Luck !

    Voted for Joomla. Working on a Jooma + vBulletin integration and have to say I love the result so far. Joomla + SMF (the free option) isn't bad either.
