What is the best real estate script?

    I need to set up a real estate site with the following requirements:

    • content admin (not computer literate) needs to be able to update content easily
    • the home page needs to have an internal search engine and allow users to enter different filters from categories such as "search properties from the price to this price, from 2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms", etc.
    • it needs to be customizable from a visual point of view as they already have a corporate identity that they want to preserve

    I've been searching for scripts and there are quite a few but I'm not able to tell if some of them are better than others.

    Any advice?
