    In truth, I don't think anybody knows.

    There are lots of post here, with guys selling some kind of forum licence, from VB to IPB. Most end up in a mess. With some guy saying " that's not the corect licence" or " hang on, you don't have resell rights "

    I own a forum, and don't have any answers for you. But will say that the whole thing is a minefield.
