    Dealing with stupid/rude customers and keep calm. I learned there is very few trouble makers but they will make up for the rest. It's best to just cut them out and lose that sale instead of trying to make them happy. They will take so much time and energy from you it's just not wirth it

    The most frustrating thing on business is the client is blind on what is really happening on the field and they always insisting what they want and not listening fro your side.
