    i have used drupal n joomla... Joomla is too good.

    Just use WordPress. WordPress is a great option for a CMS and there are plenty of good themes available.

    In my view most of the portion of social site like thi s can be created by wordpress but the forum is not BBpress I guess.

    It's very hard to categorise a particular CMS as the very best. What works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. "Best" is too broad a term.

    Also, is a forum a part of a CMS, if so, then some CMS's mentioned so far wouldn't even rate.

    Just my two cents worth.
