    I am surprised, why people make such pages and what are the real purpose. :confused:

    It's SPAM.

    The page is optimized for 'webhost'. They've scraped some results and put them on this page. They probably do this for thousands of words.

    TOPS30 exactly. I've seen yahoo serps flooded with this stuff. Cheap massively produced spammy sites, that once a user instantly gets to it via clicking, they want to leave. So they click on the targeted adsense links to leave. Waalaaa (-2pt Sp) they make a buck.

    Since the sites are cheap, and the content can be moved around to another domain(or many other domains) no prob if it gets the boot from G.
