What is wrong with my site?

I've spent a lot of time on my site, changed the design many times and trying to update content regularly but I get almost nothing of adsense!!
Besides, I only have about 150 visitors every day, in my logs I see no ones is coming from search engines though the site is indexed I find results when I search in google by site url.

I'm not claiming to have the prettiest site at all but your site feels kind of bulky.
Your adsense are possibly blended to well, try putting a 728x15 link unit below your horizontal menu section

Maybe even do away with the right hand ad, I didnt notice it until I actually looked around on your site. I first was drawn to the light blue tables and not so much the white area where you have the leaderboard and maybe put a large rectangle ad in the middle of your content.

That might or might not work for you, its really trial and error.

for instance, I had 3 Ad units, 1 Link Unit and 2 Search boxes on my site. I took a chance and removed them all and only placed 1 728x15 link unit below my website logo and it makes more then I made running all 4 ads and 2 search boxes

Just giving your my first impressions

 

I forgot to say that my site has 0/10 in Google ranking, is that because it's new (about a month) or what?

 

For me it shows Public Service Ads for one AdUnit, other shows ads, that are not related to your site. I think that could be the reason for not getting clicks.

I would suggest adding more content to see get better ads.
