What is your biggest problem with making money online?

My biggest problem would probably be competing sites.

 

To improve the image and the popularity of the site.

 

ive been managing ecommerce sites for a while. getting traffic/ quality traffic isnt difficult. it just takes hard work and consistency. The biggest problem ive run into is managing fraudulent orders online. so if someone goes to your site and buys a widget, and has it delivered to another address even if it is a business address, they can say that they never ordered it and it was a fraudulent order. even if you have written signatures. the credit card companies will say they are working with you to dispute it but 100% of the time you will lose. the payment gets deducted from your account and you wont get your items back. try going to the online fbi ecrimes website, they will send you to the local police. the local police will send you to the police in the area that the the crime took place. did it take place in the city the order was made? or did it take place in the city it was delivered. each department will pass the buck but in the end, if you do finally fill out a report. you are still out of money and product. As of now. there is no way to deal with this. Its like there are no laws to deal with internet theft and fraud. Ive lost thousands this way. To me this was the hardest part about making money online. hope this helps.
