That's an AD but not an Adsense.

If you hover over the links on the ads at the bottom it says...

    "xttp://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/bla bla bla bla"

...so obviously it's a google ad.

    /edit

Just checked the sourcecode, and it is Adsense, though the bottom box have no formatting at all, just one long line with some TAB's after <text/javascript> and no carriage returns.

    Weird.

    Code (markup):

It looks legit plus shows the ref. and everything. Looks like premium however from looking at his site it doesnt look like he has enough traffic for it. You can see by the code the size is real format so its not a some illegal hack

But if you look at the sourcecode of the page in a program that shows HTML formatting (i looked at it in NotePad++) the Adsense script is EXACTLY the same as the script used for the top adsense banner, except there are some tabulators and no carriage returns.

The colors and size are exactly the same as in the top banner, but somehow those TAB's and no carriage returns makes it look differently.

The site is owned by the siteadmin on phplinkdirectory.com, he has other sites where he has Adsense on, i doubt he uses free hosts.

Maybe he is a premium publisher, dunno, still, the code is exactly the same for both banners, except for the tab's and no carriage returns on the bottom banner.

He's probably a premium publisher for another site..and he just uses it on this site rather than having 2 accounts perhaps?

Your looking at the wrong ad. He has 2 on the webpage! The second one is more down when you scroll and its correct.

well I missed my previous comment. You're right that it is really an Adsense but in premium type. the owner of this must be the owner of the super high traffic sites.

Apology didn't read the post correctly.

Wow, didn't even know that was AdSense, until I looked at the source-code. I thought that was some kind of Yahoo ads.

The bottom ad is a premium publishers ad.

It is hosted on Google servers.

Whether it's allowed on that site or not, I don't know - but it is a premium ad for sure...
