    Anyway, you will need to be more specific. I know a lot about what sells when it comes to health but I don't know if you are targeting AdSense or looking to sell actual product.

    Hot as in what pays well in Adsense or "Hot" as in what people are actually interested in?

    For the latter, it's gonna be the things people will always be interested in. That's what is making them poorly and how they can get better.

    Buy a girls magazine to see what's being written about in the press and that'll tell you what's in people's minds at the moment.

    It has more to do with the legal side. Whatever is the current hot high paying lawsuit, that pays big.
