What Other Social Sites Can I Use To Promote My Websites?

I know there is quite a lot of websites like this (for example the ones listed in Addthis app), but which ones work? Where can I get some good traffic and backlinks?

Pinterest is also the popular social networking site.You can share and post photos and videos on Pinterest that will attract huge traffics.

 

I am using sex.com. Pinterest does not allow xxx content (so they might delete might pins), but sex.com works the dsame way. I also forgot about Squidoo, I think it is a good one too, and the links seem to be dofollow (after including four modules or something like that).

 

Does Squidoo allow adult content?

 

Squidoo is not a good place for adult content anymore. They once had a special section but they have removed it. You can get videos watermarked very cheaply and posted on other adult sites. There are also many adult forums you can pay people to post on and link back to your site.

 

I think they doo. If you publish explicit images / videos, you can rate them over 18, and the users will be asked for a permission to view them. I think you need to have an account in order to do that, and I am not sure if 18+ lenses (the ones that you rate as for adults) are visible to search engines or not.

 

They allow what they call R-rated content, but if you post anything more than someone in a bathing suit your lens will get locked for violation of their "no adult" policy. There are many posts in the Squidoo forums of people complaining about getting lenses such as maternity and baby care lenses locked or deleted because of pictures of women nursing.

Link wheel technique is not used today and Google keeps eyes on these kinds of techniques..
