    Hi All,

I have just got a bid for my Arcade Site, and I don't know what to do.
The age of the site is about 2.5 months.

    October
    52,000 Unique Visitors
    194,000 PageViews

    November
    43,000 Unique Visitors
    170,000 PageViews

    December(7 days)
    8,800 Unique Visitors
    38,000 PageViews

    Revenue
+- $400 a month using only Google Adsense

40% of the visitors come from Search Engines
The PageRank is predicted 5 (using iwebtool)

What is a good price do you think?

    Already Thanks,

    Raf Mertens

Depending on the traffic (SE, quality links) and if the adsense revenue is stable you can ask between 4-6 month of revenue !

    Good luck.

But the thing is that why you wana sell it as its quite new born baby and if you have started it then you must give time to your website.
Anyways if you want to sell your site then you should keep few things in your mind
    - how much you have invested till now for this website
    - how much is per month income from the site( it will help others to decide that whether deal will be profitable or not)
    - how much traffic is there and through which sources its coming( means how much you invested for that)

so you can keep all this things in mind and can decide over the price or if you are not sure even then you can put something more thn what you have decided and can start the auction and lets other decide the rate for your site

That is one thing I do not understand. Unless there were circumstances where I would have to stop hosting my sites or another emergency, I would not sell a site that always brings in a steady income every month for a 6 - 12 month in advanced payoff. So if a site generates $3000 per month, and you sell it for $18,000 for example, then after 6 - 12 months you no longer have a site bringing in that kind of revenue so that is a waste in my opinion. I had a few offers to sell my sites or domain for a high amount but it is not worth it.

Unless you can buy a website for $18,000 bringing $4000/month.
    See what I mean?
    You never know....

I would ask between $5000-$7000 (the revenue for 1 year, 1 year and a half)

with stable 400$ monthly, ideal price would be above 4000$ i.e. 10 months of that.

I agree with David26, why sell? If you need the cash then go for it, other than that just keep it and let the revenue roll in. If you are board with working on the site, work on a new one and come back to it in 6 months!

    Just my thoughts!
