    I use Photoshop to design them, then I animate them with Flash.

    Actually I animated it a long time ago using artful gif animator. The graphics are from an old video game.

    I saw the demos at the ZARA website and that program looks pretty cool, just dont know if I want to spend $80 on it.

    I already have photoshop and I have flash around here somewhere.. just have to install it, so I think I'll go with them.

    I'm a big fan of Macromedia and I use Fireworks 8. I find it's easy to add and edit the layers of the animation.
