What Project Management Tools & Apps Do You Use?

    I know that this isn't literally Content Management but I personally feel that Project Management is just another form of content management... I hope that it's OK to post this here.

    Hello and thank you for checking the post.

    I am trying to review and write up a document based on a study of 'Project Management' tools and apps. I only know of a few that I've personally used and I would like to ask as many people as possible to share the tools that they use so that I can list them and go over them for the purposes I've mentioned above.

    I have googled a few things and found some additional tools that I will be looking over and using to include in my write up, but I know from experience that sometimes there are a few top notch things that you don't seem to find that are popular or at the least very good products.

    I appreciate your responses!

    Thank you,
    NB.

    //// REDBOOTH
    https://redbooth.com

    My main choice I use now. It has a ton of features. Plus "very important" they are actively developing it. Not free, but, well worth it especially if you are using a team and dealing with multiple clients and projects.

    // Features:

    // Redbooth videos here:

    // Redbooth also plugs-in with some good apps: "really friggin handy"

    //// ONLY OFFICE
    http://www.onlyoffice.com/

    Another you may want to have a look at is ONLYOFFICE, formerly TeamLab.

    If you use a lot of Microsoft docs, I would recommend this.. It handles Docs, spreads, and powerpoints from within the platform. There is also a free version to get you up and running.

    It has a decent ACL "Access Control Level" so you can grant/restrict access to your team/clients etc.

    Just "for me" a pleasant platform with a small learning curve.

    Hey, thanks for this response, I didn't know TeamLab re-branded, I actually quite liked some of their tools. RedBooth I hadn't heard of so thanks for bringing that to my attention, I will give it a real look and use up a trial to really test the features.

    I've been actively working on this document for a short time now, just looking to branch out and actually give a wider range of tools a real look over and such.

    The response is appreciated!

    Regards,
    NB.
