What script for online store?

I use the store script that came with my hosting account.
CubeCart I think it's called. So far it's been pretty stable and it's highly customizable.

 

If you like free, oscommerce will like you, BTW - it has a lot of advantages, in the forum you can find help, to find useful module among thousands modules.
Most hosting companys cpanel has fantastico, here you will find oscommerce, which can be installed in few minutes.

 

Have you looked at Virtuemart? Is the ecommerce component for Joomla.

 

I would go with Cubecart which is also very versatile and I like their skins and functions.

Oscommerce is the top player, with Cubecart right behind it, even though I prefer Cubecart over Oscommerce because of template set up and functionality, I must say Oscommerce is a bit superior in every aspect.

 

Thanks everyone for helping me choose. From what I’ve been reading and from posts on this forum I think I’ll give oscommerce a try. They have a very solid user base and in this type of situation I think it is very important.

 

how about zen-cart, have enyone try it

 

I have been using oscommerce for last 3 years. It is the best online store cms in my openion.
