    hi,

    I am working on a website in which users will submit stories. But I am not able to decide the structure of the website like how it shud be ? shud i use any cms(is any good one there for this specific need?) or biuld a static website. I will prefer to use a cms though.

    is it a very specific site or general?

    if it was somewhat specific i would suggest joomla, just for ease of use for the members..
    if it's _VERY_ general I would try drupal since the flexibility of the taxonomy might make it easier to scale.
