What should I do with my site?

I have a site that I was going to build for Adsense. I got all excited about making a site for adsense so I started a blog for pet owners. I got it submitted in a ton of directories did a couple of link trades. It's now a PR of 4 but I've totally lost interest in it. Any advice on what I should do with it? My purpose of making it was to make money on it. Is there any way I can still make money on it? Sell the site? Sell the domain? Would it be worth anything to anyone? The site is the blog in my sig.

You can set up a revenue sharing agreement with someone or a company that will do the daily updates for you. You keep getting a share of revenues up until X months or X amount of revenue is reached. Just one possible arrangment. There's tons of other ways to structure a deal.

If you have lost interest in it, then selling it is an option of course.
otherwise if you are getting some revenue from it, see if you can continue to generate revenue from it without modifications to it.

I haven't made hardly anything with it. I just checked my adsense report on it and I made $.59 so far with the site. I've received 346 uniques in January & 352 uniques for Ferbuary.

I've thougt about selling it, but I have to make so much to break even. I've also thouht about selling links to PR hunters.

How much do you think either of the above is woth? Selling the site? Or selling links?

I doubt PR4 is enough to attract the PR hunters and there are good opportunities with that domain.

You could really make it hum!

I think your main problem is that at the beginning you didn't have a business plan and you didn't have an exit strategy. So now you want out and you don't know how or even if it's the right time!

PM me with details. I'd be interested in picking it up.

Your best bet may be to try and sell the site.

You already know there are several parties interested in buying....including myself so PM me if you decide to go that route.

    Thanks.
