    I have got some good amount of $ to invest xxx I just wanna double the amount. I am not sure, what should i do.

    Should i start a new website or forum??

    Also please say your suggestion on what kind of website/forum should i start??

    It doesn't take much money at all to start a site and if you spend much on a site chances are someone else did most the work which I have seen sites fall apart because it wasn't given much thought by the owner and it was all about cosmetics to the site. Dont worry about looks some of the best sites in the world are very simple with not very much put into the design. Create the site around some you like,enjoy or have a passion for. Be creative and unique and if you do this your site will be a success at least in googles eyes and they run the show.

    You don't need to try to be unique, just research what is profitable and do it better. If nobody is doing it (your unique idea) then it's probably because it is not profitable.

    You need to have a clear plan & good idea to make money online.

    You could try create a blog on a interest of yours. However, it would need a good few posts & SEO work before it turns a profit. Purchasing a site already making money would be a easier and quicker way of turning a profit.

    What are your interests? I think you should start a site it will be a lot easier to maintain, run a website on something you enjoy and can come up with good content quickly.

    Build a site first, then build a forum with it - or better yet, run a blog as well. It'll take time to grow you site[traffic wise] but you'll do in time.
