    y u no do it?

    Advertising (learn more)

Advertise virtually anything here, with CPM banner ads, CPM email ads and CPC contextual links. You can target relevant areas of the site and show ads based on geographical location of the user if you wish.

Starts at just $1 per CPM or $0.10 per CPC.

What should I use for this?

I want a CMS, with the following feature, it should have a blog, where people can post their stories/articles and others can comment on it.
There should be a search function( for searching through the name of the story/article) and should be categorized on different heads.
    Should be very SEO friendly..
    Any clues..? Wordpress? Joomla?
    Pleas advise. thanks.:)

Depends on how professional site you want to have.

If its a serious project, use Joomla. But following the KISS rule, go for wordpress.

You can see an example of a Drupal site where people have blogs and other people comment on them at http://steptalk.org. (this isn't my site, wish it was! :D )

What's the problem on having them to register? Each and every post they made should go into draft first. You can assign them to level Author. So you can either approve the post or delete it before the entry goes into public.
