    Open up a SIte.. install a script.. optimize it for a decent traffic .. get a good PR... and sell it for $ 1500 USD after 3-4 months.

    You need to have good skills for this though.

    Well, when you hgave that sum, better go and buy something entertaining for yourself ;)

    Better concentrate on what you can offer, and not on the money if this is beginning.
