    I use to create a separate blog for each of my blogs and services. Besides I create a separate social network accounts fan page for each tool and services in all major social networks. This takes a considerable time to update them all. So I use RSSGround.com service. This service helps me updating all my social networking accounts simply using my blogs' RSS feeds. I update my Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and even Google + accounts. Saves me tons of time and efforts.

    I use Hootsuite to schedule posts on my (and my clients') twitter/facebook profiles rather than having to log in manually to each... also means I can schedule several days of content at a time.

    I have both Addmefast and Youlikehits I need someone to please take 5 minutes to help me understand just one of them.

    • Tweetdeck for twitter - to manage my tweets (ive heard hootsuite is good too)
    • Zootrock - which can be used for many social networks - for relevant and new content to share
    • Traffup to gain more followers on twitter and facebook likes.
    • SocialBro and TweetAdder
