    I think he means "How awesome is Tony Rocks?" Well, I'm glad you asked. I am soo awesome that it it aint funny. Just kidding :)

    I actually think he means What sports are good for your health. I would have to say no sports are good...why? Well, the more your work your body, the quicker you'll wear it out :)

    This isn't necessarily true..swimming is a sport, per say, and it won't really wear your body out over time. If you swim 10 laps of a pool every day for the rest of your life, you're hypothesized to live a longer, more productive life. Swimming is a great excercise, as is being in the water in general -- hence why people with Alzheimer's do water-aerobic exercises.
