    Benjamin Franklin, American revolution and entrepreneur, was a big proponent of waking up early.

    IMHO it is much better to do your web work before your job then after your job. That way your "best" hours go towards when you are working for yourself.

    Right now I just go to bed when I get home. I get up at 3-4. And it's working amazingly. I remember coming home exhausted from work and struggling to get half an hour of work done.

    In contrast, I got up at 10-11 in college and I was a slob.
