OK, let's say the police gets hold of a terrorist, what would you suggest doing with him/her?

Hard to say. I personally am against the death penalty but not enough to demonstrate against it in cases such as hard core terror. I definitely think there should be a terrorist's prison where they are being kept away from even "regular" prisoners. The problem with keeping terrorists captive is that it can provoke terror and kidnappings in order to blackmail them free. I don't think they should be somewhere where they can have all the good stuff prisons have such as weight rooms, cable tv and libraries. The time they do should be punishment for the rest of their lives. I knew a guy whose been to prison and he told me that there are signs saying "you are here as punishment and not to be punished" implicating that they should make the best of their time and will be treated humanely. That has to do with the hope that those prisoners will be productive and rehabilitated citizens some day. In the case of terrorists I wouldn't have that sort of hope. I think that the rest of their lives should be spent in misery and it should set an example to those who may want to become terrorists to see what can happen to them. There is nothing worse than having an empty and meaningless life. A life of failure. Televising them in their cells and showing what they have become can take away the image of glory that they may be after. I don't believe in torture and all that, but we as a civilized society should do what we can to show the world what and who they are and how they can end up.

Maybe it's only that one subdomain and no one in the government has noticed yet, http://www.navy.mil/ is up and running well.

Make sure they get a fair trial, cos nothing would suck more than not been a terrorist but been held as one without trial... assuming you know for sure they are (caught them with a bomb in their hand) then just lock em up... anything more would make them a martyr to the cause.

Since most of them are hairy, I'll get the hair on their noses one by one.

I'd say give them the punishment of their life, make it be a big warning for other terrorists!

I've been asked to help develop an Anti Terrorist website. I am certainly going to do this, i'll post link when it's up!

Doesn't work, has been tried many times before. The only way to fight these people is to fix the social problems that is the cause of their actions. Here is a good example of why it doesn't work:
