    Looking for suggestions on a CMS for a new project.

    The website will need to include:
    -users will need to pay to register for the site
    -users will upload, store, and download personal files from their own private folder on the site
    -users will automatically be sent personalized email reminders at various times depending on their account settings
    -users should be able to turn off the email reminders if they want

    I want it to be something like this college planner site:
