What would you do

an accounts girl at work is stealing money via BACS transfer.

only 3 people know she has done it in the past but without proof and this week i have hard proof showing she gets people to pay there bills into her bank account.

I have collected all the evidence that she has sent her bank details to people and confirmation that they have paid into her account. This could get a lot of other people in trouble.

What do i do??

1. Collect it all, put in envelope and put on managements desk for monday morning.

2. Bribe her into giving plenty of sex if i keep quiet about it?

3. Give her a chance to own up to it herself.

Bearing in mind that when i first started at work she nearly cost me the job because she said i wasnt good enough.

Seriously: this is stealing , prohibited in most states as far as I know, so you have to do something. Cowards way: put in an envelope and don't think about it anymore. Hero's way: confront her, give her a chance to make it right , to all parties concerned and leave the company (she). if she denies, go to higher management and let them know what you know.

I'd see if I could submit the evidence anonymously, and do something about it. You never know if it may affect your job down the road.

 

Well maybe I'm just a cynic when it comes to stuff like this, but I'd say 2 followed by 1. It's the best of both worlds.

 

This is the option I'd pick, I have 3 kids and a wife I have to face everyday and so far I can do that proudly.

Sounds like she'll end up bribing you after the fact and it will be the most expensive action you've ever gotten.

If you actually believe that'll happen, might as well settle on option 2.

Make sure you ask for witness protection program first before using this technique.

 

I think doing that envelop thing would be great after bribing her for a plenty of sex. Just make sure she's dumb enough to strike you back.
