    I've tried to make use of the Magic triangle and google hotzones and moving my leaderboard banner closer to center of the page. I've allso tried to make mysite not look like other Joomla CMS site.

    This is just 1 article page and I'm working on the rest of the articles

    looks pretty good but rather than the two banners i'd put a medium rectangle to the left of the beggining of your article.

    I agree, rectangles are a more effective ad unit to use in conjunction with articles. They have a more natural flow.
