    I was amazed of the huge traffic I got today from my main site. It is targeted at young people and teens. Just saw on TV that it is spring break over the USA. What is that? Do all the schools close? I am trying to figure out where this traffic is comming from.

    In the US Colleges schedule a mid-semester holiday in the spring semester which is known as spring break. Now since public schools (grades K-12) are workng toward year round school, they too have taken to having a week off in the Spring. Some schools take the week in conjunction with Easter, some do not. I would think your icons would appeal to students in public school as well as college students, hence the increase in traffic.

    The beaches of Florida and the Texas Gulf Coast have always been invaded by college students during spring break. Now I think the Cancun region is a popular place as well.

    I just got back from Acapulco and I saw loads of signs welcoming the springbreakers.

    Crazy kids come here to do what they aren't allowed to do at home :D

    I saw this on MTV once, A load of guys and girls grindin' on a beach somewhere in Florida. I have grown up thinking how cool spring break is and wondering why we don't have something like that in England. But i guess it wouldnt quite be the same..a bus full of chav's and goths making their way to Bognor Regis or Skegness :D

    MTV used to film from Club Lavela down here in Panama City Beach, but they sold the club for 60 million to developers since it is on the beach to build a concrete condo tower (worth upward of 500 Million dollars) :cool:

    Bankers and real estate developers greed has ruined the beaches down here :mad:

    There are about 13-15 cats outside, I need to trap a few of them and move them to the trailer parks where they can live with the people in those rat infested "hoods". :eek:

    Not enough room inside for them, would be nice to be able to do something like that if I had the time and space though. :eek:
