    What does your host support? PHP and/or ASP.Net?

    PHP: Drupal or Joomla
    ASP.Net: DotNetNuke is the way to go

    If your host supports both, go with Joomla or Drupal. If it only supports ASP .Net, go with DotNetNuke.
