Finance is the best business to start IM, but the highest competiton, and highest reward

You can find niches let's say for insuarance, brakerage, credits companies, forex and so on.
After you chose what to do pick up affiliate, if not try to build good quality website and propose partnership with them.

I'm in proccess of selling my forex website and I have four different cash flow streams, so I know what I'm saying.

I moved from Atlanta, GA to Argentina about a year ago and there is opportunity here. Not in the country per say, but you can find a lot of highly educated laborers living abroad that are willing to work for far less than in the US, UK, etc. They're here learning Spanish or getting away from a cubicle, can't find jobs due to the local labor markets and language barriers, and could provide you with a range of benefits. Cut your bottom line expenses down, or offer a new app marketing service leveraging "domestic talent at offshore prices".

From the other POV, you could offer a membership site for the expats living abroad and try to connect them to businesses in their native countries as remote workers. I know there's a need, give it a go!

Honestly, I tend to focus on the niches that might not bring in the most money, but what I am most interested in. That means those niches that are closest to my hobbies since I have already spent the majority of my time on the research (so I don't have to do as much later).
