    Everyone knows about Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn. What in your opinion is best after them and how can we use platforms like tumblr, pinterest etc to do effective Social Media Marketing?

    Twitter is my favorite one. Facebook is hugely popular and widely used too. I personally don't use facebook a lot though because I have family on there and I don't need them seeing everything. Even if there are privacy options, I'm still paranoid haha. Tumblr and pinterest are great for posting images. You could use pinterest by pinning images from your blog or website. Just make sure to also pin a bunch of other stuff so it does not look completely like self promotion.

    I think other than the 3 you've mentioned, Stumbleupon is the easiest to generate alot of traffic to your website.
    The key is to make sure the first part of the page is catchy. A video tends to work best, as it keeps the audience on the page longer.
    Its very easy for users just to bounce through on Stumbleupon.
