What do you mean by "adsense friendly cms"?
    I don't understand your question.

With every cms you can change layout the way you want to.

Think that joomla has a module that deals with adsense, not sure about it. As cms joomla is ok, easy to install, works good.

Joomla is the best use the CLICKSAFE joomlaspan module.

You can block IP's really easy even from the interface. Which in turn drives up profits and avoids getting banned for spam clicks.

CMS Made Simple (www.cmsmadesimple.org) - you can use any html or css template with the cms, so you can put ads anywhere that you could if you did it all manually.

I could'nt find any one joomla module for adsense that could fullfill all my needs - so i ended up downloading and using (I think) 3 different adsense extensions to fill up the site with the ads as I want.
