    1. i would suggest you to have less content on first page it is loading too slow
    2. you can ADD A skyscraper on left side of your website
    3. the one txt unit you have placed is not merging well , change the color from yellow
    4. try putting some more ad units

    dont see any ads...impressions are based on your traffic anyway...
